W-O-R-E- affiliated with UJ SKILLS DEVELOPMENT NPO 153-731, founded by Mrs Rochelle Moodley, is an organisation striving to EDUCATE, EQUIP & EMPOWER women and children through reading, writing, listening skills as well as motivational talks, women empowerment programmes and feeding outreaches. On the 10th of October 2021 we officially opened women on the Rise house of hope for abused women and children.
Vision
Our Vision of UJG Development is to phase away a child repeating grades as we believe that once a child can listen this, will enhance his/her ability to read and hence have the confidence to write and speak fluently in concurrence we want to empower women to look good and become independent as well as eradicate poverty through our skills programme feeding outreaches and building a Safe Haven/Education centre, that will take one of the streets, provide food and shelter, educate and eventually find work and place their feet on solid ground through helping find their own place. W>O>R>E is to empower single/abused women and women fighting cancer through skills training such as bookkeeping, interview and dress etiquette, first aid level 1, self – defence and dance. Forgotten Foundation is working with women and juvenile prisoners as well as homeless and street youth and not forgetting the Gay/Lesbian community through skills training and empowerment programmes.
Mission Statement
To sustain higher pass rates in primary schools so that a child has a positive mind set when entering secondary and tertiary sector. Accomplish “Hunger Free” Benoni. Accelerate independence and transformation for Women Empowerment, and to BE A CHANGE MAKER giving hope to the hopeless and purpose to the Forgotten, hence we believe that the goal for opening a safe haven CAN and WILL be achieved as this will take more off the street and place them into their God-given destiny.

Skills training as per WORE for women and juvenile prison in Heidelburg and Boksburg as well as street and homeless youth and Gay/Lesbian community, giving them purpose and hope for a brighter future.
FEEDING
Pampering Abused, Single Women as well as women fighting Cancer currently networking with Reiger Park Cancer Support, Mary Moodle Place of Safety and Clinic, Haven Care Centre, Hand in Hand Women’s support, IWC, Kids Haven, Mercy Haven, Watville, Actonville and Benoni CBD. Writing motivation articles for Lady Rose Magazine as well as networking with Hope to Heal Magazine & Foundation.

I, Rochelle Moodley, Director & Founder has a vast knowledge and experience in the Finance Sector over fourteen years. My passion for a child to enjoy school and women to change her thought pattern of “IT’s OK TO BE ABUSED” and become independent and empowered through our Empowerment programme.
Challenging times has encouraged me to be of motivation, encouragement and empowerment. I have experienced myself in the exceptional deliverance of my passion and drive in making a difference and bringing about change and transformation, hence I am now taking on the challenge in the prisons, I have gained vast knowledge through taking a step of faith into my first Bookkeeping job without any experience in 2005, I found my way into success through the help and knowledge of God, hence I want to give back to the community what God has given me. However, I have achieved My International Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting Core Practice, Professional Bookkeeping only in 2014 and I’m currently studying Educational Psychology and Owner of UJ Bookkeeping services (PTY) LTD
